We specialize in fitness program development and implementation. Our goal is to teach you the most efficient
way to train using weight resistance while minimizing the chance for injuries like muscle strains and tears. We
will get you results quickly because of the style of training we use combined with the nutritional advice we give.
What is a diet ?

The word diet has a different meaning for everyone. For Fit 2 Train a diet means eating 3 - 6 well balanced
meals per day. Eating healthy foods every 2 to 4 hours is the best way to lean down.  Think skipping meals is
the way to lose weight??   Eating once or twice a day triggers the body to store that unwanted fat!

We provide one of the best fitness programs in the Orlando area! This is due to my own personal experience in fitness
and the fitness industry! I have trained heavily, performing explosive Olympic style lifts for the purpose of playing 8
years of football. I have also learned how the body reacts to endurance and fat burn training while I was performing
duties as a Naval Aviation Rescue Swimmer. During my Naval training, my body went from 195 pounds to a lean 174! I
lost muscle mass due to the intense cardio we did and could run for miles!  My years of experience using different styles

Fit 2 Train fitness programs that are among the most advanced in the
Orlando area. We do not implement strength training alone; Fit 2
Train combines a warm up, strength, cardiovascular, and flexibility
into our programs. To efficiently burn fat and lean your body down
you need to perform exercise activity for at least 20 minutes.
Performing an exercise routine for 40 -60 minutes will maximize fat
burn. If you only have time to train for 20 minutes the intensity needs
to be high.  When you train for the duration of 40 to 60 minutes the
intensity is lower with the goal of sustaining exercise for a longer
period of time.
If you are an athlete we will look at the movements and activity
duration your sport requires. Based on your sport requirements we will
develop a routine that will improve your overall abilities.
